WHAT ACCOUNTING PACKAGE DO YOU USE?

Made Easy Bookkeeping Limited fully supports Xero and MYOB.  I am a Xero Certified Advisor with over seven years experience using Xero and 16 years experience in accounts.  I am happy to help you make the change over to Xero or MYOB from your existing accounting package.

WHERE DO YOU DO MY ACCOUNTS?

I work from own office.  Xero and MYOB are cloud based systems and everything can be done remotely from my own desk.  This means you don't need to worry about employment agreements, staff training, or paying out holiday pay or sick days.  

WHAT SIZED COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

I work with sole traders and small to medium sized companies in NZ, and can tailor a package to suit the needs around your own company.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ACCOUNTANT AND A BOOKKEEPER?

A bookkeeper is responsible for the accurate recording of all financial transactions on your accounts while an accountant is responsible for interpreting, analysing, reporting and summarising the financial data.  Both roles are very important and they may sometimes overlap.  At Made Easy Bookkeeping Limited, I believe it is important to develop a collaborative relationship with your accountant to bring you, as the client, the best possible service and experience.  Bookkeeping is the first step in the accounting process.
